Wonderful and relaxing vacation
The resort was very nice! The food was really good. The rooms were so nice and everyone that works there are so friendly and nice! They made you feel so welcome! I left behind a small amount of clothes and my jewelry (a very special ring my Mom had given me and it was her and my dads 25th wedding anniversary ring) in a drawer that I didn’t check at check out. I contacted David with Lomas hospitality and he worked with me for over a month. I tried using Fed Ex International and they did not come through at all. David ended up setting up a company from Mexico and made it happen. I received my items and I wouldn’t have received them without so much overtime work from David. He answered my emails, my phone calls, and was always so pleasant and nice, and I was very persistent. I can not say enough about David’s help on this. He definitely went beyond his job to get this done for me. You have a very good worker in David, and someone who takes his job very seriously. I can’t thank him enough Susan Powell

Great Escape
From the private transport from the Cancun airport to the initial check in to the final check out, everything was exceptional. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers extremely professional. We were met at check in by an attentive staff and a drink of choice. We stayed in a junior suite which was generously proportioned and very quiet. The room was attended to twice each day of our stay. Always cool and always clean. The food was incredible -- no buffets, and the wait staff well trained and attentive. The daily activities were always a lot of fun, and the nightly entertainment was worth staying up late for. I would like to specifically mention the following individuals who went well above and beyond the ordinary to make our stay exceptional: Daniel, our driver, Javier our concierge, Omar, Alex, Mafer, Tristan and DJ Chris who coordinated the daily activities and entertainment. We will definitely be retuning.

Loved our trip to Maroma!!
Great experience at El Dorado Maroma. Excellent service, entertainment crew kept everyone engaged (Mafer, Tristan, Omar, Alex, dj Cris). Caring and experienced butler service by Enrique and Israel. Concierge Alejandro was great. Smaller resort with excellent restaurants and waiters. Very walkable. Beautiful beach and landscaping. Comfortable and clean rooms. All around a great time. We will be back.

Fantastic Fun
We loved our pool staff. So great. Attentive. Made us feel welcome and basically became part of our wedding group. Omar and Tristan-we thank you.
