Aug 31, 2026The only Presidential Suite with motel qualities (my worse hotel stay ever)
they were "Chitras" (local sand bugs). However, sand bugs only bite lower extremities, and we never even went down to the beach. These bites followed a textbook bed bug pattern. 🍽️ Subpar Dining Awful Food Quality: Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, the food at the restaurant and via room service was nearly inedible. ➕ The Only Positives The only saving graces of our stay were the room decorations (balloons, roses, and a framed picture) provided for my wife’s birthday, and the fact that management provided complimentary airport transportation on our final day after we raised these complaints. Conclusion For the premium price of a Presidential Suite, we received a level of service and cleanliness that would be unacceptable even at a budget motel. This experience completely soured our view of Panama, and I cannot recommend this resort to anyone. (Photos attached to corroborate all claims).

The location is very convenient for sightseeing in the city. The service is excellent. There are several nice options for meals and buffets. The food was very good overall. The rooms were clean, and the fridge was stocked. We never went without. We suggest signing up for Preferred Club if you like the top-shelf liquor option and secluded pool with extra attention and service. This was our 7th or 8th visit over the last 5 years, and we are always pleased!

Dreams playa bonita unhappy stsyed
The room was not as described, tv was not working, phone was not working, door of shower dont close, door entrance of the bathroom dont close. Smell in the room of mold, the Italian rest. Have no fish that was in the menu as well the dessert we request that was as well in the menu.

Wonderful Massage Experience with Clara Nedelka (#10)
I had a wonderful massage at the spa at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama! My massage therapist was Clara Nedelka (#10), and she was absolutely amazing. Clara was professional, attentive, and very skilled. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed while on vacation! If you’re staying at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama and considering a spa treatment, I highly recommend booking a massage with Clara Nedelka (#10). She provided excellent service and made my spa experience one of the highlights of my stay!
