  Great kid friendly resort

  Our stay at the Dreams resort was incredible. Our 4 day vacation was not long enough. The amenities were great, my kids favorite place was the Cafe where they made crepes with Nutella which by the way were delicious. We just kept going back for more. While enjoying some sun by the pool Elsa the server who took really good care of us every day we were there. She was kind and very attentive. The bartender at Oceana Restaurant was incredible, every drink she recommended was amazing. Humberto our server at Oceana was also very attentive, kind and made us feel like at home. Our presidencial suite was nicer than we expected, clean and fresh. My family and I came back home with great memories of the resort and the staff.

  Girls Trip 2026 Cabos San Lucas Mexico Dreams Los Cabos Suites

  The dreams experience was very nice. Accommodations were suitable. Staff is very friendly. Seems the resort is a lot smaller and is not as luxurious as compared to the Hyatt Zilara in Jamaica, or the Hilton brand if that’s what you’re looking for but for the most part Dreams is very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again, my ocean side Junior King suite was clean and very nice.

  Didn't Live the Dream

  We recently stayed at Dreams Los Cabos with a group of 19 people to celebrate a very special occasion along with three birthdays. While we appreciated some parts of our stay, there were several disappointments that impacted our overall experience. The resort needs more activities for kids of all ages. Aside from swimming, there was very little for children to do in the evenings. An indoor game room open until at least 9 PM, a more engaging Kids Club similar to those on cruise lines, and extended hours for activities like ping pong and volleyball would make a huge difference. It was frustrating that these outdoor activities closed around 4:30 PM, just when the temperatures became comfortable outside. The resort also only has one main pool, which is too deep for younger children and lacks fun family-friendly features. A separate kids’ pool with splash areas or slides would greatly improve the experience for families. We were also disappointed with how poorly the resort accommodated large groups. Despite emailing the concierge weeks before arrival requesting nearby rooms, we never received a response, and our family of five was placed in two rooms on opposite sides of the resort. The rest of our group was also scattered throughout the property. In addition, our group was consistently separated at restaurants, even though we were celebrating together. Offering restaurant reservations for large groups, like many other all-inclusive resorts do, would greatly improve the guest experience. Another concern was the lack of promptness with housekeeping and guest requests. Rooms were sometimes not cleaned until in the evening, when they really should be serviced earlier in the day. Unfortunately, the most concerning part of our trip was that 7 out of the 19 people in our group became ill with gastrointestinal symptoms during days 4–6 of our stay and had two hospital visits. That said, we would like to recognize a few staff members who truly stood out. Mendoza from housekeeping did an excellent job and was greatly appreciated. Sergio from Oceana Restaurant went above and beyond with exceptional customer service — friendly, attentive, and professional while serving our group across multiple tables. He deserves recognition for making our dining experience memorable. The two restaurants that truly stood out were Oceana and Portofino, where the food quality and taste were consistently very good. Those dining experiences were definitely highlights of our trip.

  Would Highly Recommend

  We had an amazing experience at Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa, and much of that was thanks to the incredible staff who truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Thank you to Leah, who warmly greeted us upon arrival. She was readily available throughout the week to answer any questions we had. She helped us set up a beautiful dinner on the beach and a catamaran cruise to see the arch! Brian did an excellent job leading the entertainment team and always made sure there were fun activities for everyone to enjoy. He was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Manuel was absolutely outstanding from the moment we stepped onto the resort. He constantly engaged with our family, encouraged us to join activities, and always took the time to talk with us. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities at the Marina that made our trip even more memorable. Zack was always checking in to see if we needed anything and was consistently kind and friendly. Diana made the activities so much fun! We loved the fruit carving class, where we made swans out of apples, and the cooking class, where we learned how to make ceviche, was one of the highlights of our trip. Eloy, the captain of the dining staff, always stopped by our table to say hi and make sure everything was perfect. His attention and hospitality really stood out. Christian was another amazing member of the team, always friendly, fun, and full of great recommendations for things to do at the Marina. Juventino, a security guard at the pool, greeted us every morning. He made sure we were comfortable, setting out an umbrella and towels each day. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Their energy, kindness, and dedication truly made this vacation special. We cannot wait to come back!
