Room’s humidity is high. Moldy and must dmell in rooms. Perhaps air filters need to be replaced

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located in Waikiki area, close to everything. Room was clean and staff efficient. Good price compared to hotels in the area. Parking is valet, so factor that in to the budget; but in Waikiki area, that is a reasonable services. The one issue is noise as the sliding glass doors leading to outside balcony lets the street noise in; but not a deal breaker. Also, the Doubletree cookies are a plus!

Hawaii - April 2026
Location was convenient for us during our stay from 4/19 thru 4/26. Front desk did an excellent job checking us in quickly and asking if we need anything, ensuring we are comfortably situated. Room service and cleaning crew was also great with our requests and very accommodating to our needs. We definitely had a wonderful experience with Double Tree by Alana. I highly recommend it 👍🏼🌺 Aloha & Mahalo! 🤙🏼

Honolulu vacation - great hotel stay
Great location, near all Waikiki spots - beaches, restaurants, shopping; walking distance to everything; Room is clean and comfortable, excellent housekeeping service. Good wifi. Excellent overall experience.

Great hotel stay in Waikiki
Great location, easy access to Waikiki beach and restaurants, AlaMoana beach park, and shopping malls. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff from the front desk, valets, and especially the housekeepers who were very accommodating and efficient on our requests. Room was kept clean and organized every time we returned to the room. At one point, they folded our clothes which were on the beds. Nice little workout room and pool too. We came also during the weekend where Waikiki had their annual Spam Jam festival, where we just walked to the block party in Waikiki. Overall, a great experience and will definitely will look to come back to stay here when we come back to Honolulu hopefully soon.
