May 23, 20266 Night Vacation
The location is conveniently located from the airport. The overall atmosphere is good; energetic and lively with activities. The room was decent, although dated, had the right ameneties. One lightbulb died but was eventually replaced by staff. Getting to our room meant using the elevators. There are 3, but only 1 was available to serve all 7 floors for our first two nights. This made using them very slow. Eventually no elevators worked due to a facility wide power outtage lasting a few hours, so we had to climb the stairs. After sporadic availability they all eventually were fixed by our 4th night. The elevators need an overhaul. Another item needing attention is the HVAC throughout the facility including our room. There is poor air movement in many areas including restaurants which made dining uncomfortable at times. Regarding food, it was decent. The buffet lacked variety in offerings (i.e. breakfast, lunch, and dinner is the same every day) but did have a good number of food selections. The other restaurants were good with different cuisines and a good menu, Sans Soucis being the best experience (shoutout to Wilberto!). However, every restaurant had the same dessert, just named differently. It would be good to see other desserts, not just jello based items and ice cream. The resort offered really great entertainment with different shows with amazing performers, a variety of different games, and a really fun adults only club-like experience (huge shoutout to Melchor and Sara for giving us such a fun time!). Overall, comparing to other resort experience, Crown Paradise Club Cancun is satisfactory. I would strongly recommend this resort for families, not couples our those with higher expectations. Still, it was a great vacation.

Great family resort in Cancún! The staff was very friendly and attentive during our stay. The restaurants were good, especially the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. The pools and beach area were excellent for families with children, and the activities were fun every day. Transportation and tours were easy to organize, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation at Crown Paradise Club Cancún!

May 19, 2026Do Not Stay at Crown Paradise Cancun!
I stayed at Crown Paradise Cancun for 5 nights in May 2026 mainly because of the waterslides for my son, and the waterslides were the only thing that worked well at this hotel. The beach itself was great, and that was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. However, the fridge in our room was broken from the beginning, and despite reporting it, nobody ever came to fix it during our stay. The room itself was very outdated and definitely not what we expected. Beer served on the beach smelled terrible, so I ended up buying my own beer at the gas station across from the hotel. Even basic things were lacking — at one point, the hotel didn’t even have milk available for coffee. By the end of the trip, I was actually very happy that I had booked only 5 nights instead of a full week. In my opinion, this hotel is a 2.5-star property at best and does not match the expectations of a proper resort experience.

Took over an hour to check in. White people treated terribly!! The staff doesn’t even look your way. They cater heavily to the Spanish guests. Even letting them cut ahead of us in line to get into the buffet. Rude staff. Left after 1 night.
