Jul 29, 2026Our Staycation was awesome!
My experience was awesome the hotel is very clean, the staff are customer oriented. On my second day I had a tummy ache I told a staff member and to my surprise she came to my aide. I felt like family staying at the hotel, the staff was calling me by my name.....I would definitely stay there again and would encourage other family members to do so also.

Great Place for a Family
Our family of 12 stayed at Comfort Suites in July 2026 for a small family reunion, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, thanks to Ashley Davis, who was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions within 24 hours. Because we booked early, we even received double discounts, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. We were welcomed with cookies and fresh fruit in our rooms, and every request we made during our stay was handled promptly and with a smile. The staff even remembered my daughter's birthday and surprised her with a slice of cheesecake—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar. The outstanding customer service truly made this trip memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Ashley Davis and the entire Comfort Suites team for helping make our family reunion such a wonderful experience. We look forward to staying again!

I stayed at Comfort Suites because my family wanted everyone to be together, and there were definitely some positives. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and having access to the Atlantis amenities is a great perk that adds value to the stay. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a major issue. From the evening we arrived until the following morning, our room had no running water. We were unable to shower, wash up, or even flush the toilet, which significantly impacted our stay. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, this is something guests should either be informed about in advance or accommodated for appropriately. The service at the bar could also be improved. The bartender working the evening shift didn't seem particularly welcoming or engaged, which took away from the overall guest experience. Overall, while there are some nice features especially the breakfast and Atlantis access. I personally would not stay here again because having reliable running water is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.

I don’t normally stay at resorts like this, but I chose Comfort Suites because my family was visiting and we wanted to stay together. The complimentary breakfast was great, and having access to the pool and Atlantis was definitely a big plus. The downside was the service, which could have been better, and unfortunately we didn’t have running water in our room during our stay. Overall, the location and amenities were enjoyable, but I hope the hotel improves its service and maintenance.

Our stay was very disappointing. My family stayed 5 nights. We had 2 rooms reserved. We checked in at just about 4 and our room wasn't ready. They sent us to the restaurant to go eat. Well we couldn't do that because they were preparing for dinner. Couldn't sit at the bar because we had young children. Couldn't get food to bring back because our room wasn't ready. Our Ist room was nasty. They had to come in and replace the refrigerator. Not only did the room smell but one of the beds smelt like vomit! Enough so that they had to come in and switch out the entire mattress. Imagine if my kids fell asleep in the bed on top of whatever nastiness/ bacteria was growing under those sheets! The supervisor on shift said that we would get $100 food voucher (never got it) and that we would get a new room next day. My husband talked to people all day the following day and was told the manager would contact us. Well we were told Mondays are very busy meeting days! We finally switched rooms Monday night! Most of the staff was amazing and very kind and understanding. Management not so much. I'm sorry but guests basically being told that meetings were more important than the comfort of paying guests is extremely unprofessional. None of us enjoyed breakfast so we ended up grabbing Dunkin most days! In the words of my child. that was definitely "not comfort" suites!
