The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained, and overall the resort itself was pleasant. However, we were very disappointed that there were essentially no regular television channels available in the room. For a resort at this price point, we expected basic live TV or cable channels to be included. This was a surprising omission and definitely detracted from the overall experience.

Aug 08, 2026A comfortable, well-kept castle resorts condo stay
We stayed here for a week, and the condo was really comfortable, complete with AC and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort is gated and includes a nice pool with an on-site restaurant, well-maintained grounds and convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and nearby beaches. Fresh, clean beach towels are available daily at the reception, though hours are limited (10 AM to 6 PM). We'd definitely return if we visit again.

Beautiful, well-maintained resort in a fantastic location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, beautiful beaches. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you needed. The pool and restaurant onsite were awesome with amazing sunset views. The restaurant food was delicious! We would definitely book here again if we come back to the Big Island!

Beautiful resort and accommodations for a large family!
Stunning resort grounds and accommodations for our family of 15, ages 4 months to 60 something! We had a 3 bed/3 bath condo and 2 2 bed/2bath condos to accommodate us all. We requested to be near each other and this request was honored. The children were able to play together on the grassy area in back of their ground floor condos which were next to each other. Great for cousins who don't get to see each other often. It was so nice to have the kitchens, multiple bathrooms and laundry facilities in each room. There were lots of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for beach time as well. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and other soaps including laundry soap. Be sure to ask for beach towels from the office so you can take them to the beach. There are towels at the pool, but you are unable to take them out of the pool area. Krystal at the front office was very helpful in providing all the info needed for our beautiful stay. The pool area is beautiful with phenomenal views of the ocean & lush vegetation. We had one encounter with a resident enforcing the rules of no water containers by the pool and she was quite rude, but the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Kathy who served us food & drinks. She was very kind. We would definitely love to go back to this resort!

Surprise resort fee… Staff not helpful
Charged a resort fee that was not described on the Booking.com website. Staff not helpful. Condo was very old and needs updating. Water not hot.
