We had a fantastic Cacao tasting with Dayana. She was so kind, experienced, informative and educated us about the history of Cacao in Mexico with emphasis on the indigenous importance and history. We have a much better understanding of how indigenous Mayans held Cacao as sacred in their culture, and understand the privilege we have to be able to enjoy Cacao and chocolate today in our society! Thank you Dayana!

Cacao tasting
I really enjoyed the cacao tasting. It was great to learn about Mayan culture from Dayana. It was a privilege to taste the cacao amongst nature. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Niceee hotel boutique
We had an amazing vacation at Blue Diamond. The facilities were cozy and welcoming. We didn’t get the chance to participate in the activities, as our plan was simply to relax around the pool, enjoy the beach, have drinks, and eat. However, the attitude and service of the staff allowed us to enjoy our trip even more, making us feel right at home. We would definitely come back again.

A relaxing resort with excellent food and staff.
The staff are fantastic. Roman, Lius Pat, Ana, and Jenny were the Top Servers. So great. Always remembered our drinks and our food preferences. So fantastic. Christopher the Consierge AMAZING. Excellent English. Edwins customer service was awesome!! The Sargasm Staff clean up Crew worked so hard. They need more golf carts. The resort needs more Maintenance done.They could use more options for food, but the food was excellent. Aquamarina was the best restaurant. The Ceviche Bar had fantastic food also. Highly recommend the Fried Chicken Burger, Tostadas, and of course the Ceviche. The soups made at all restaurants were fantastic. The Lasagna on Italian night was very good. Lots of walking is gauranteed here. Beautiful Resort and very quiet. It was a great two weeks.
