Amazing service, clean and speedy
At Barceló Maya Palace currently at the adults only pool and the bartenders Porfirio and Pablo have been absolutely amazing. They’ve been so helpful and lovely throughout our stay so far

Had an excellent family vacay. Very good experience with 2/4 with celiac. Found all Buffett and restaurants to be very accommodating. Staff around the resort were very attentive and friendly. Activities staff work hard to keep the guests entertained throughout the day. Would recommend this resort.

The food was good, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor reception service. The reception staff were not helpful at all, and some were even rude. The location is also quite far and inconvenient.
