Resort location was good, bathroom was dirty upon check in at room. Food was horrendous the worst I had at any resort. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

You’ll be back year after year
From the time you get to the Resort to the time you leave you are in paradise. Let’s start by arrival. Greeted by Angel and Jefry. Both are great and resourceful. Premium club Everyone so nice and easy to work with The Room A little dated but was clean and the A/C was awesome! Our maids were attentive. The Food: We ate at Buffet most meals but did venture to Steak House,Mexican, Japanese Restaurant. All were excellent! Shout out to Markelli who made our omelette every morning and Victor. Maria Salas in the buffet dining area. The Pool Bar Excellent service Moisses runs a great staff. Alexxas, Estonian, and Juan are top notch and work hard The grounds Impeccable work ! The bad: The La Brisa restaurant was the only negative…. Sub par food and service. Last the Beach: Awesome the area was always kept perfect even with some seaweed issues the crew worked hard to keep it clean

This was our 5th time staying at the Bavaro Beach. The grounds and the facilities are very nice. The beach is great The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms need a major makeover. We couldn't hang the toilet paper, the toilet seat was loose or close the door completely, and it was a tall step to get in and out of the tub/shower.

The beach is amazing and the bar staff is friendly. The buffet staff is hard to come by and you have to find your own napkins and utensils at times. This was unusual to me and I have been to many resorts. The family pool is where the action is at with the swim up pool bar if you can overlook the floating vomit which was never cleaned after 4 days. The adult side is very far from the action so if you stay there be ready to get your steps in everyday. The rooms on the adult side are very dated and not worth the cost of the resort. Family side would be my only recommendation here for next time. The family side had a casino and disco and nightly entertainment. Very opposite of what I would have expected. The meat on the resort is delicious but you must go to a sit down restaurant. If there are two of you reservations are not needed during off peak times. The adult side buffet far outweighs the family side.
