Yair and Melanie were awesome! Yair gave a great tour at Nature Walk. Melanie's energy aqua aerobics was so much fun and energizing and this prepared us for Latin dance night! What a great experience !

The best resourt
We love the resort they had different activities at night we really enjoyed doing art with Daniel, Rocio and Dj Oscar and during casino night we had Yair everyone was super nice. The ambiance was great and we also got a massage and it was super relaxing. We definitely recommend this resort!

Beautiful location. The food is good. Staff is not very good, we asked 3 times to have 2 extra pillows. Also, do not try and enjoy the pool. If you leave your lounger for more than 5 mins they remove all of your belongings. Despite the fact that the rules they have displayed clearly state 1 hour. Very confrontational when asked about the rules and not professional at all. There are so many other great resorts to go to I would avoid this one.

Perfect trip
Had an amazing time with my bestie. Rocio led a Tai Chi class and it was great. Sergio was so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
