It was a great stay! Staff was really helpful and nice. Thanks for everything. The hotel is in a really good location. You can find food, water and all you need in less than 2 minutes. Besides the beach is really near too.

Hotel condition was terrible, cockroaches on floor and in bathrooms. Did not have hot water service, customer service what's poor. When booking my reservation there was no mention of renovations going on at hotel, if I had known that I would have not booked my room.

Should be demolished
Hotel should be condemned. Mold in the rooms. Roaches in the rooms elevator was not working. Stairwell doors were locked. Parking was a nightmare.Stuff was not helpful. Was overcharged on amenity fees. So many other hotels in the area to choose from. Please please don’t pick this one.!

Worst Experience
Locatiom was perfect . Front desk staff wére kind of rude. They did accommodate us to a néw room but it was smaller then our first. Also, i felt like they were more interesting in helping tourists more then us locals that were thére.

Horrible experience
Absolute false advertisement. The photos online are highly enhanced and did not reflect the actual experience we had. We paid over $200+ per room for two rooms and were extremely disappointed from the moment we checked in. Each room had 4 guests, yet only 2 towels were provided. When we addressed it at the front desk around 9 PM, we were told there were no more towels available but that we’d receive a call when some became available. We never got a call. We asked again around midnight and were still told no towels were available. We also asked for blankets and were reluctantly handed only 3 sheets for multiple people. One room had bugs in the shower. The other had a bathroom light that didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would come up, but nobody ever came. Some outlets didn’t work properly and the AC issues added to the discomfort. The amenities process was another frustration. The card required for the amenities bag was never given to us or explained at check-in. The next morning when we tried to pick up the bag, the front desk employee gave attitude, told us we needed the card, and didn’t even attempt to look up our reservation or help resolve the issue. To top it off, parking is valet only at $65 per night, plus amenity fees. For the amount we paid, the service and accommodations were unacceptable. The ONLY positive part of this stay was the valet staff. The young men working valet were kind, professional, and genuinely the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again.
