The staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, the room itself had a few issues that could use some improvement. There were a few broken items in the room, and the selection of pots and pans was very limited. The serving utensils were also plastic and would bend easily, which made it difficult to properly mix or prepare food. Overall, the staff were great, but I think the rooms and kitchen supplies could use some attention and updating to make the stay more comfortable for guests.

This is my second stay here at the Oasis. I will always try to stay here when I come home to visit with family and friends. It is easy to get to. It is easy to get on the freeway to the windward side. The front desk people are fantastic. My valet people are quick and they have your car out front when you request it. The free breakfast is great. I always enjoy staying there. Friendly and professional in an easy way. I recommend this hotel.

Very satisfied!
I booked a last minute 2 night stay at the Oasis and I was not disappointed. The cost for rooms in Waikiki are quite steep and the Oasis was definitely less than the others. The staff were awesome and very helpful. They provide towels and chairs for the beach. They accommodated me with a late check out since my flight left in the evening. A shower room is also available after checkout if needed. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach and right in the middle of all the shops and food outlets. A/C worked great as well as wifi.

Superb customer service
The customer service in this hotel is excellent. When challenges arise, the staff is empathic and understanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Waikiki.

Older hotel conveniently located in Waikiki within walking distance of everything. Photos do not match the room. Probably would not stay here again.
